Order Cancellations
Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation.
After 24 hours, orders are considered in processing or production and cannot be canceled.
However, if an order has been delayed beyond our standard processing timeframe, customers may request a cancellation.
Our standard processing times are:
