BY PURCHASING FROM SHOPGOLDN.COM , YOU ARE INDICATING YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY (BELOW) AND REFUND POLICY (ABOVE).
How long are shipping and handling?
Processing (the time we need to create & prepare your order) takes up to 7-10 business days. This EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS (It can be less than this amount of time if we are not going viral on social media or having a sale). 

 

We move swiftly and typically get packages sent off earlier than the 7-10 business days, but we do occasionally get random influxes of orders that can slow down our processing time. 

Orders placed on weekends do not begin processing until the next upcoming business day.

For individual orders, our pieces are individually wrapped and shipped in protective packaging in order to protect them in transit as we want to make sure they arrive to you the same way they leave us.

How are the products made?

All pieces in your order are made-to-order, meaning our designers curate your pieces from scratch when you order them. We only hold excess inventory or stock for select pieces.

Available Shipping Options?

Speed and price depends on piece type, selected shipping method and destination of delivery. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation!

Estimated shipping delivery times for standard shipping: 
USA: 3-5 business days 
Canada: 5-10 business days 
World: 10-20 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Please note, we do not take responsibility for customs fees.

We also do NOT take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address by mail carriers. If your product(s) arrived damaged, you can file a claim with the United States Postal service here. Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable, you will be charged a reshipment fee of $4.50 (for domestic orders) or $16.50 for (international orders) as we are not responsible for packages marked as undeliverable by the postal service.
