Thank you for shopping with GOLDN The Brand! We want you to love your loungewear, so we offer exchanges on select items, currently limited to our confidence boxes. Please read our exchange policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only accepted for select items, currently limited to our confidence boxes.
2. Exchange Window: To be eligible for an exchange, you must begin the exchange process within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the exchange. As a small business, this is the only way we can implement exchanges.
4. Condition of Item: The item must be in its original condition, with the protective hygiene sticker intact and unbothered.
5. Design Variation: Please note that when an order is resent to you, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same design. Variations may occur based on availability.
