E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, In-Studio)

📍 Location: Atlanta, Ga (30018)
⏳ Hours: Part-time (with potential to grow into full-time)
💰 Pay: Starting at $15 per hour with room to grow

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and hands-on environment. You’ll work closely with our founders to execute marketing campaigns, create content, manage inventory, and assist with daily operations. If you love digital marketing, content creation, and fashion, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

🎨 Marketing & Content Creation

  • Assist in creating email/SMS campaigns (concepts & themes provided, using ChatGPT for copywriting)
  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media and email marketing
  • Design engaging graphics in Canva for promotions, social media, and emails
  • Post and schedule content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Create trendy Reels & TikToks aligned with our brand and current trends
  • Research trending topics, content ideas, and audience engagement strategies

🛍 E-Commerce & Customer Engagement

  • Make minor updates to the website (product listings, banners, promotions)
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a professional, brand-aligned manner
  • Assist in tracking inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels

📦 Operations & Fulfillment

  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail and presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized studio space to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Help keep track of packaging materials and supplies

Requirements

  • Some experience with social media & content creation
  • Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong written communication skills for email/SMS marketing
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be local and available for in-studio work (this is NOT a remote position)
