BY PURCHASING FROM SHOPGOLDN.COM, YOU ARE INDICATING YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO OUR REFUND POLICY (BELOW) AND SHIPPING POLICY (ABOVE).

Due to the handcrafted and order by order nature of our pieces we do not offer refunds, however we do offer cancellations or exchanges (if applicable) .

We accept cancellations up until 24 hours after your purchase and exchanges if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery and the item ships back within 14 days of delivery. If any of the specified time periods have gone by since your purchase or delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange, or cancellation.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at goldnthebrand@gmail.com and we will provide you with the return address.

 Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or mishap items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping 
To return your product, we will provide you with the return to sender address in email format.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
